Popcorn Show & Sell

Pencil in Friday, Oct 11th 4-10 for the Packs show and sell at Family video. I know some cubs don't get off the bus until 4 and 10 is a bit late for others but please try to spend a bit of time manning the booth. Weather permitting, this should be a great spot for us!

A show and sell sale is where we will set up a table and have popcorn on hand to sell.  Kernels, microwave, caramel, cheese and mud puddle varieties will be available.

Raingutter Regatta!

The cubs got their boat kits last week, here's some pictures from last years race to give you an idea what to expect.  The boys can decorate their boats however they'd like.  Each cub races his boat by blowing the sale with a straw.

Relay for Life's Fall Festival!

This is not an official Pack event but the scouts were given a coloring contest form & game tickets at the last Pack meeting.  This is a great cause, lets hope for wonderful weather!

9/23 "Den" Meeting

6:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church

We will meet together to review the Bobcat badge requirements and some flag ceremony procedures.

I try to post the same information in both spots but the Facebook page is a great spot to post a question, share a photo or give some input.  It also offers the event feature which will help remind us all when and where events are taking place.  If you haven't joined yet, please do so.

Community Meal Schedule
The scouts are invited to bus tables at the dinners when they are hosted by First United Methodist Church.  It's a nice little way to show the church appreciation for giving us a place to meet.

Relay for Life events
The Parents Club of Troop 31 will has a Relay for Life team and while the scouts will not be directly involved in any fundraising efforts, their participation and assistance is welcome at the events.
